Nancy was born in the neighboring town of Lockney and was raised her entire life in Plainview. She is a graduate of Plainview High School and received her nursing degree from Amaillo College in 1996. Nancy is a certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse and is an approved educator for the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association. Nancy is passionate about the hospice philosphy and is dedicated in educating the community about hospice care, and assuring that patients of Area Community Hospice recieve the best care Hospice has to offer.

The staff of Area Community Hospice had the honor and privilage to care for Vonda during her last days. After many years as a hospice nurse, it was Vonda's turn to be cared for. Vonda was an incredible hospice nurse and will be missed greatly by our staff and community.
